We endeavor to make reasonable modifications to policies, practices and procedures when necessary in order for an individual with disabilities to obtain treatment. Upon appropriate and timely advanced notice of the need for reasonable accommodations for a disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), our team members will make efforts to provide reasonable modifications as requested by patients or their caregivers. Requests for accommodations or modifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the provider. If we are unable to provide requested accommodations or modifications at a particular time or facility, our team will attempt to find a reasonable alternative that meets the intent of the request, which may include a different time or facility.
