Pediatric Dental Surgery has often been referred to as “sleep dentistry,” and is in the process of performing dental procedures and treatment while a patient is under general anesthesia (or “asleep”). This form of treatment allows a child to experience no pain during the procedure. The process also allows a dentist to fully and complete restore teeth without concern of injuring a child who may be unable to cooperate or sit still in a chair during treatment.
At Children’s Dental Surgery, we are proud of our ability to safely and comfortably restore children’s smiles, allowing them to maintain positive associations with dentistry and oral healthcare.
