Accepted Insurance Plans

We know this is an important question for any parent, so we aim to address this first. Ultimately, you will be billed three separate invoices for the three services your child receives on their procedure day:

1. FACILITY FEE INVOICE from Children’s Dental Surgery. This invoice is referred to as the “facility fee,” which includes costs for the supplies, equipment, staff, and the surgery itself in our facility. **This will be billed to you and/or your medical insurance.
2. PROFESSIONAL FEE INVOICE from Associates in Anesthesia (AIA). This invoice covers the professional fees for the doctor who provides anesthesia for your child. **This will be billed to you and/or your medical insurance.
3. PROFESSIONAL FEE INVOICE from your dentist. This invoice includes the professional fee for the dentist to complete the restorative work on your child. **This will be billed to you and/or your dental insurance.

Please confirm with your Treatment Coordinator prior to scheduling that your insurance is accepted. You may also view our in-network providers below. Please note that while we may be in-network with these insurance plans, not all costs are necessarily covered. It is best to understand your personal plan’s medical coverage prior to your child’s procedure. If you need help, we’re always happy to assist.
